About Ms. Allie

Hello! I am Allie Warren. I am so excited to be the counselor at Cox Elementary this year. I have been in education for 9 years and a clinical counselor for the past 2 years. I taught 5th and 6th grade math for 4 years before becoming an elementary school counselor. When I had my first child, I decided to stay at home with her. After 8 years of staying at home with my kids, Amelia and Maxwell, I am looking forward to being back in the school.

As the school counselor, I check in on kiddos as needed, provide whole class guidance lessons, and meet with kids individually or in groups throughout the year. 

When I'm not at school, I enjoy exploring parks and local activities with my kids, running, reading, being outdoors and trying new recipes. Our family also has a 4-year-old goldendoodle named Milo who explores with us.
