The library at Carter Elementary is committed to becoming the heart of the school.  This is a place that reaches students, teachers, and community members as we promote the love of reading.  In this library, we strive to encourage the pursuit of personal interests through reading and research, support student achievement, encourage curiosity and empower students to become discriminating users of information.
