Wife, mother, educator, lover of books, anything reality TV, Justin Timberlake fan, concert goer, storyteller are all words that could describe me!

I have been an early childhood educator for 16 years. All 16 years have been spent teaching 1st grade! I am ESL and Special Ed certified. My Bachelors of Science with a focus on Interdisciplinary Studies is from the University of North Texas. I completed my Masters of Library Science degree through Texas A&M Commerce in May, 2019.

I am a librarian for Northwest ISD at Byron Nelson High School. This is my second year as a library media specialist.
