The students debated, experimented, brainstormed, problem solved, and discussed different bowing options before making their final decisions as a group. Then, they recorded their group's bowing by task into a flipgrid.
Check out their flipgrids HERE! (must sign in with an nisdtx.org email address). Their flipgrid calculated 33 hours of student engagement inside of that app alone , but that doesn't count the time spent getting to the final bowing decisions before they made their recordings!
After each group had uploaded their bowings into flipgrid, they watched each other's videos before voting on which bowing they thought was the best bowing for each section. Then, they transferred those bowings into their own individual parts.
