10/24/22
Greetings Families,
We are excited to see some progress already on our playground construction at Beck! Construction will begin with our Kindergarten playground starting next week, there is already fencing around the area. Construction is expected to be finished around the end of November and then the large playground improvements will begin. The playground improvements will include the pour in rubber (same as what Independence Park has now) and some new playground equipment! Thanks to the success of our Bulldog Blitz this year, we will also be concreting areas where grass was not growing and adding two Gaga Pits. We will also be choosing several additional playground equipment pieces!
The Beck Bulletin is sent out every other Monday with information about important events and dates to add to your calendars (almost always on Monday afternoons, unless Monday is a holiday). Your student's teachers also sends out weeks newsletters more specific to classroom activities to add to your calendars too. Please make sure to review these newsletters as we are getting closer to the holidays. If you have any questions about events or are looking for clarification on anything, please call the school or send us an email at beckelem@nisdtx.org. Our staff is happy to help in any way we can!
Thank you for being the community of families that strive to create a positive school community!
Always True Blue,
Amanda Bunch

We will still do the parade even if it needs to be indoors, we will share an alternate plan should that be the case.
