Mrs. Hinz

My name is Kaylee Hinz and I am so excited for a great year in 2nd Grade! We are going to have so much fun!

I was born here in the Dallas area, but started school in Memphis, TN. We moved back to Roanoke, TX and I started 8th grade at Medlin Middle School, and continued my school career at Byron Nelson High School. I take pride in being a Northwest ISD educator and Alumni. I stayed in the area and went on to complete my higher education at the University of North Texas and got a Bachelor's degree in education. This will be my fourth year teaching 2nd Grade, all at Beck.

I am married to my high-school sweetheart, Caleb. We were both proud members of the Byron Bobcat Band. Caleb is a percussion director for Grapevine High School, so we cheer for both the Grapevine Mustangs and the Byron Nelson Bobcats in our house. We have a two year old son named Hudson, and a six month old daughter, Lottie. When I am not teaching, I am snuggling and playing with Hudson and Lottie, spending time with family, or reading a book!

I am so excited for our year together!
