I think that the Personal Project had a great impact on me not only academically, but also personally. In general, I am glad that I chose a topic of interest to me, because conducting research, the opportunity to talk with experts and learn a lot about fashion was a great joy for me.
Successfully built communication allowed me to take a different look at both the project itself and the product. I think that the main area that I still have to work on and further improve is time management. This project has become a test for many for proper time management, as well as for me, because it is given a very long period of time and only you yourself can decide how to organize it.
During the creation of the product, I very often resorted to reflection and even compiled for myself a list of questions that I asked myself every time I created a magazine. Do I like the way the product is turning out now? What should I improve? How do I develop during the creation of the product? What do I need to change or add to make the log match its representation in my head? Answering these questions and giving literally five minutes of reflection at the end of each session of work on the magazine, I understood that I had done well and that I still had to improve. Also, having already completed work on the product, I asked myself. How will the skills and knowledge I have gained help me in the future? What would I change if I had to create a log again? What moments in the work on the product were the most challenging for me? Now I can say that creating the magazine was a really interesting experience for me, which I can call almost completely positive. Honestly, flipping through the pages of fashion magazines, you don't even think about how much work is invested in them. Not to mention the search for material and writing articles, even the arrangement of pictures and text, the selection of colors and other visual solutions require a lot of effort. Sometimes I felt like I was on the verge of burning out because I didn't like the design of the pages and I couldn't figure out how to improve it. But after giving myself a little rest and gaining strength, I started to design again, which in the end turned out to be successful.

The personal project helped me gain more knowledge and experience. First of all, I developed my creative thinking and cultural experience. During the personal project, I approached each work according to my own vision and opinion. I tried to implement my ideas. First of all, it is a personal and cultural experience. Ideas appeared in my head according to what I saw in my homeland for all this time from birth.
My favorite process was researching and doing a project. Because to be sure of my ideas, I did research. The study helped me look at the culture and history of Kazakhstan much more broadly than I expected. I got acquainted with the works of various artists, illustrators. They inspired me to reproduce my vision of culture into reality. Thanks to my acquaintance with the works of Gulfayrus Ismailov "Folk Craftswoman", I was able to understand how to depict metaphors and symbols.
Since sewing is a creative work, before I always did it slowly and sometimes left it for a while. During the project, I understand that my potential and skills in sewing is bigger and I can do artworks on time with self-management, without excuses.
Most of all, the project helped me by revealing my interest in my hobby again. Even by the end of the action, after the exhibition, I had new ideas and topics for deep research and practice. In the future, I am planning to learn depicting portraits and do some research about Kazakh khanate.

My product is a residential complex called "Tamyr", which means a root from the Kazakh language. This project is the root for ecological houses in Kazakhstan and the root for my career as an architect. The residential complex consists of 3 high-rise buildings, which give a total of 216 apartments.
The result that I gained in the result and reviews of people were enjoying. It was the most enjoyable part of the project for me to see the result of my long work. When people express only positive opinions about your project, it makes you immediately understand that all the efforts were fully justified.
At the very beginning of the project, when I was just thinking about the scope and purpose, I did not even realize that I would be able to start my path as an architect and create my own project for a residential complex. I could not even imagine that my very first product would be evaluated by the most respected architect in the history of Kazakhstan, the man who designed the capital with his own hands. This project also helped me realize a lot of things about architecture and my abilities. Most importantly, the project gave me the opportunity to make sure that I chose my profession. During the design of the building, I enjoyed it and was very interested in how it would look like in the end. As Serik Isaevich said in an interview: "Imagine you are sitting and starting to draw on an empty sheet, and after hard work, you are sitting and already enjoying what you have created with your own hands and imagination." The profession of an architect is definitely my choice. This project prompted me to study the first things about construction and planning, where to start, about the ergonomics of the arrangement of rooms, doors. Thus, I now know exactly what to work on next, and will develop further projects, more complex forms and structures. This project was the beginning of my great path in architecture, and I am grateful to him for this.

PRODUCT
On the pictures below you can see the final work - a full-fledged architectural model of a private house (90 x 60 x 45cm). The main idea was to create not just a model, but a model of an environmentally friendly house - this does not mean something modern and innovative, not something designed in the so-called “fashionable” natural and eco-friendly style, but simply safe and clean for humans and the environment living space, because cleanliness is not just an internal household activity.
Here are some excerpts from the work process, most of the sketches to improve the accuracy of the model were created using AutoCAD.
The most enjoyable part of the project for me was learning how to work in programs, as well as conducting interviews (or lessons) with architects, since this experience is really invaluable and can be applied later in building a career.
Once I had the idea to create a layout, I imagined everything very differently, the results amazed me, and I can really see the progress in my knowledge in the architectural field, not only regarding the creation of layouts. I also learned a lot about which houses can be called environmentally friendly and safe, and which ones can really harm both a person and any living creature, in general, the environment. Thus, researching and learning at the same time, I created for myself a kind of algorithm that allows me to achieve what I set for myself. Moreover, as a person who relies mainly on books and articles in any kind of research, I took note of a new way of obtaining information, and brought more communication into my life, because during the project I was able to consult with experts in their field.
Will I develop this project in the future? I will. More like a similar project. What's more, I'd like to get back into model building in order to use the new experience in a new project. Why? It's simple - I'm going to connect my future profession with architecture or engineering. This personal project can also act as work from my own portfolio when entering the university.
