This video from Mr. Mark will teach you how to read your child's Google Classroom. You must ask your child to open their Google Classroom. From there, you can see all your child's classes that the teachers are using with them online. You can also see how to see what they have done and the grades they got for it, what they have to do and the requirements for it, and any comments between the student and the teacher.
Middle and High School teachers use Google Classroom to give assignments to students and to get work from students. Google Classroom will email parents summaries of the following:
Missing work—Work not turned in when the summary was sent.
Upcoming work—Work that’s due today and tomorrow (for daily emails) or that’s due in the upcoming week (for weekly emails).
Class activities—Announcements, assignments, and questions recently posted by teachers.
Watch the video and learn how to sign up. Accept when you receive an invitation. If you don't get an invitation, email the teacher and ask them to send you an invite.
