Teacher Letter of Recommendation – Request Deadlines

The following dates have been established by counting back 15 school days from typical college application deadline dates. You must leave 15 school days for your teacher letter of recommendation requests to be processed.

Please print/ pick up the Teacher/Counselor Recommendation Request form seen below in

Ms. Amy's Counseling office, C204.

Fill out the form, turn it in to your teachers along with you resume and remember

to allow 15 days for turnaround time.
