Please ensure you are using the correct link https://cpms.nihr.ac.uk/ and the email address you used to create an account. If you do not have a CPMS account, click on the link to create one or use this link https://portal.nihr.ac.uk/register?app=CPMS
We no longer require you to produce or upload a spreadsheet or provide numbers for CPMS, this information now comes automatically from sites and is entered by the team(s) working on your study. Instead, we ask you check the information provided by sites and confirm this as accurate, or inaccurate, as necessary.
As a company representative you should have access to the Studies and Confirm Research Activity sections in CPMS, these can be found on the left hand menu under the Home icon.
If your study still not showing in the list, and there are definitely data to confirm, please contact us at crncc.support@nihr.ac.uk to make sure the CPMS ID number is linked to the account you are using to log in.
Zeros are automatically generated for each recruiting site taking part in the study, for each month the site is open. If a study is showing as Requiring Confirmation but there is no data, check there are no zeros to confirm.
If you were expecting to see activity at a site and there are only zeros showing, you may use the Detailed View tab to confirm the relevant data as inaccurate. This will be returned to the site team to amend in their Local Portfolio Management System.
