Events

Staff from CRN West Midlands organised an interactive event at St. John Bosco Catholic Primary School on Friday 5th May. The inquisitive students were treated to some engaging activities that encouraged them to nurture their curiosity about what research involves and how we use research in our daily lives. 

Pupils designed their own medicines; constructed lungs with balloons and straws; used playdoh to create their own brains; discussed healthy eating, dental hygiene, and mental health; and had the chance to handle medical equipment. The event was a success amongst staff and students alike and sparked some interesting conversations about future careers in the NHS.
