Join us to hear about a health inequalities project involving the South Central Ambulance Service, a local authority public health lead, and a prominent West London prison. This work is part of an NIHR Knowledge Mobilisation Fellowship hosted by the University of West London.
In recent months, H&F’s Public Health Team have been providing additional defibrillators to the prison to support timely response to cardiac arrest. This presentation builds on that work by detailing the process of developing and evaluating a coproduced training programme for staff and prisoners on basic life support (BLS).
Presenters:
Dr. Helen Pocock, Interim Head of Research Operations, South Central Ambulance Service
Dr Craig Holden Senior Lead, Hammersmith & Fulham Council Public Health Team
We hope to see you there.
