It is important that people at all levels of health join the study, as this helps our understanding of health and disease.
We would like you to take part whether you are in good health or have health problems.

To be eligible, you must be over the age of 18. This study requires the participation of your GP (please speak to your GP practice to find out if they are currently involved).
