Keep your brains busy this week. We will miss seeing you, but look forward to seeing the work you do! Assignments are to be completed by Friday 3pm. Check back regularly for updates!
Dear Parents,
We hope you and your daughters are staying healthy at home. We wanted to provide some further guidance about the rest of the week and the work that we have put up on the website. Today, tomorrow and Friday the students should expect to spend around 40 minutes a day on reading and math work as they would during a typical school day. The students are also expected to free read for at least 30 minutes daily. Each student should be sure to complete their object story and a few of the free journal responses by the end of the week.
We are thinking of you all.
The Class III Team
Finish your object stories!
Keep writing in a journal! We have sent home your green morning journals which have plenty of pages left to fill with your thoughts and ideas and stories. Some possible topics are linked here.
Remember to read your work aloud to yourself to make sure it makes sense. Also, check your work using CHOPS (Capitalization, Handwriting, Organization, Punctuation, Spelling).
