To request a new project, update to a previous project, or if you're not sure what form to use.
WHO'S WORKING ON MY PROJECT
Allow 24 business hours for your project to be reviewed & assigned. Once assigned you will receive an email notification of who is working on your project.
CAN I MEET WITH YOUR TEAM
Yes, if needed you can request to meet with members of our team. If you do want to meet, you will need to submit your request first. Having the request on file allows us get an idea of the scope of your project and ensure we have the correct team members present. We don't want to waste your time!
WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY REQUEST
As soon as you know you may need our assistance, submit your request & we will help you determine deadlines & how we can help.
WHAT IF MY PROJECT INCLUDES A BULK MAILING
It is your responsibility to provide Marketing with a mailing list for the project. Our bulk mail process and guidelines are found in the DIY: Tools & Resources section.
Print Center & Delivery
For questions or more information on print or delivery email print@nicc.edu.
Please contact the print center directly for print production or delivery questions.
Allow adequate time to print & deliver your materials in addition to the time required to create/update & proof.
Delivery of materials is through campus mail and relies on staff/faculty when traveling between campuses. Delays may occur due to lack of travel or staff/faculty not checking the mailroom for deliveries.
The print center does minor printing in Calmar, large projects are completed in Peosta and delivered to other locations.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
Please allow 12-24 business hours for your piece to be reviewed. Although, we try to check and reply on the same day.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REVIEW MY WEBPAGE(S) & DIRECTORY LISTING
Both should be reviewed at the end of each semester to ensure content is accurate.
WHY AM I NOT LISTED OR WHY IS MY DIRECTORY LISTING NOT ACCURATE
Staff/Faculty information is provided to the Webmaster by Human Resources and/or the HelpDesk at the time your employment starts.
Only full-time faculty and staff are listed in the web directory - see Web Directory Guidelines for more information.
Updates & removals are only made if the employee or supervisor requests them or if the Webmaster is notified by human resources or the helpdesk.
An update to or removal of a directory listing is made only when the employee, supervisor, human resources or helpdesk notifies the Webmaster.

The information provided is vital to creating content for the website and any print or other recruitment material. We review the program information, description and any disclaimers prior to releasing the information to the public.

As soon as details for the new program, change or suspended/deleted program are confirmed.

• Business card and nametag orders are placed based on the exact information you provide, if there is an error on the materials and it matches your request your department will be responsible for all costs associated with reordering.

WHAT IS THIS USED FOR
To request employee business cards, gold magnetic/pin name tags, College stationery or swag.
WHO IS PROCESSING MY REQUEST
Allow 24 business hours for your request to be reviewed & processed. You will receive an email notification once assigned.
DELIVERY & DEADLINES
Business Cards are ordered on the first & third Friday of the month.
Production is approximately 5-7 working days.
You will receive an email when your materials are placed in your mailbox or the mailroom for intercampus delivery.
