At the bottom of the dashboard, use the "Program Selection" card to select your program. Once selected, all other cards on the dashboard should automatically update to show your program's data.

Each card on the dashboard is connected, so you can filter all other cards by selecting specific data points based on what you are looking for:

• To see data from a specific campus, select the campus's bar in the Campus Breakdown card (ex: Calmar) to filter all cards by that campus

• To see data from a specific delivery, select the delivery's bar in the Delivery Breakdown card (ex: Online) to filter all cards by that delivery

• To see all other data by a specific assessment, deselect all of the other assessments in the legend of the CLO Assessment Trend or the Embedded Assessment Trend that you do not want to see

  • Note: Filtering by a CLO assessment will not cause data to not display in the Embedded Assessment card and vice versa.

• To see other filtering options, click on the "+" icon in the filtering bar to select another field to filter by, and then choose a metric that you wish to see

  • Note: Some cards may not display data if that field does not exist in the connected data.

When a filter has been selected, it will appear in the Filter bar at the top of the page. You can hover your mouse over the filter and click the "X" to remove it.

The data system is tied to your NICC Brightspace account. Please make sure you are logged in to Brightspace when trying to access the data.
