How To: Create a CCCApply Account
What is CCCApply?
CCCApply is the online application system students use to apply to California Community Colleges.
This video tutorial goes over what information you'll need to create an account, as well as easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions!
This tutorial uses Santa Rosa Junior College; however, the process is the same for all Community Colleges.

How To: Fill Out Your College Application
This slideshow uses Cosumnes River College; however, the process is the same for all Community Colleges.
Important Information:
Term refers to the semester in which you will be applying to college; Fall (August - Decemeber) Winter (December - January) Spring (January - May) Summer (June-July)
***Make sure you have your CCCApply Log-in information before starting.
How To: Access College Account/Email
After applying through CCCApply, you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to set up your college account and email.

How To: Meet with a Counselor
After you've successfully set up your college account and email, you can now schedule a meeting with an academic counselor!
Why Should I Meet With A Counselor?:
Create a Student Education Plan (SEP)
Class selection/Plan coursework
Stay on track for graduation
Explore career options
Plan to meet with a counselor once per semester!

REMINDER: You must first apply to your chosen college before scheduling a meeting with a counselor/advisor!
How To: Register for Classes
After you've successfully set up your college account, email, and met with an academic counselor, you can now register for classes!
Things to think about when registering:
Follow your student education plan when registering (SEP)
Decided if you'd like to take
In-person
Asynchronous: Allows you to complete coursework on your own schedule, with no in-person/Zoom meeting requirements
Synchronous: Requires real-time participation at a specific scheduled time, similar to a traditional classroom, but done virtually on Zoom.
