Colts! You have 2 different ways to take college classes while still in high school.
Individual Dual Enrollment allows any student to take a college course while in high school.
Each community college has its own process for enrolling/requesting courses. In general, students enroll at that college, then submit a form requesting 4 possible course choices they would be interested in taking. Your parent/guardian and counselor have to approve your request. Then, when registration opens up to high school students, students log in and enroll if any of their courses are a good fit.
Each college has its own deadlines for starting and completing this process.
Ms. Elbert works with local colleges to arrange college courses for Logan students. This includes Cal State East Bay, Chabot College, and Ohlone College.
