Meet Your Teacher

Welcome to third grade! I am so happy to see you here and excited for a great, fun year of learning. 

My name is Mrs. Tori Moore and this is my 13th year teaching; fifth year teaching third grade at Nell Holcomb School. Previously, I taught for 8 years in both first and second grade classrooms at a local private school in Cape Girardeau. 

I graduated from Jackson High School and went on to attend SEMO receiving my B.S in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Ed. Currently I am going to SEMO working on my Masters in Teacher Leadership.

My husband Jason and I were married in 2008 and currently live in Jackson, Missouri. We have two beautiful children, Alexis (13) and Cameron (8). 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, swimming, relaxing at home, shopping, and just having fun! 

Some of my favorite things are: Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, high school football Friday nights, watching my kids play sports, the color purple, shopping at Target, and sipping on sweet tea! 

I cannot wait to meet you and learn more about each of you this school year. We are going to have so much fun learning and exploring together.
