You don't want to rely on the presentation for you to tell what you are sharing you want it to support want you are sharing.
Here are some tips on the presentation:
Use as many slides as you need
Minimize your verbosity (more words than needed) on the slide

Reduce the visual noise - eliminate headers, footers, page numbers
Go BIG - make it easy to see it helps aid memory

Look at your audience - you should not have to look at the slide to know your topic
