Dear Murray Middle School Families,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Emily DeSpain, and I am excited to introduce myself as one of the new school counselors for Murray Middle School for the 2024-2025 school year. I will be supporting our 7th grade students and 8th grade students with last names L-Z.

My primary focus is to enhance student learning and overall well-being. I look forward to partnering with families and the community to create a positive and supportive environment for our students.

While routines can be flexible, prioritizing sleep schedules, monitoring screen time, encouraging exercise, and eating balanced meals can reduce stress and improve grades!
