Homework & Grading

Homework in my classroom is very minimal. I will assign students a few Math problems to be completed nightly. 

Mrs. Watson will assign students to study their Vocabulary words and work on their independent reading assignment at home. From time to time there may be Wit & Wisdom homework. Occasionally, your child may have work to complete at home for projects/ presentations.  

If your child did not complete their assigned classwork during the given time frame, all missing work will be sent home to complete and return the following day. 

Grading Scale

A: 90-100

B:  80-89

C:  70-79

D:  60-69 (sign and return to teacher)

F:  59 and below (sign and return to teacher)

S - Satisfactory Progress   N - Needs Improvement   U - Unsatisfactory Progress
