Hello Families! 

I am so excited for an awesome year! We are going to work on our reading skills through whole group, small group and read aloud lessons. Our main goal is to grow as readers and writers! Through our books, collaboration and engagement we will have fun, stay safe and have the best year ever!

There will be no official homework for ELA except for students to read nightly. They may check books out from our school and classroom library to bring home. If you would like to review at home please reach out and I'd be more than happy to send something home with your student. 

This year, students will have 3 teachers for their core subjects. All 3 of us will set clear, consistent and high expectations to promote independence. If you have any concerns in regards to a specific subject, please contact that teacher.
