About Me

 I am excited to Welcome you to 6th grade ELA!  

• I have been teaching for 22 years… & I’ve taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, & 8th Grades and ALL Subjects.

• I’m married and I live in Wilmington.

• I have one son, Fletcher, who is 29 years old and lives in Charleston, SC with his wife Macie and my grandpuppy, Burreaux. 

• I have two dogs - Both are rescues named Emma & Junior 

• I really enjoy traveling and a couple of summers ago I went to Europe and 5 different countries, Amsterdam, Germany, Switzerland, France, & England!

• Some of my favorite things are… white chocolate, tea, playing golf, swimming, the beach, movies, reading, and hanging out with my family and friends.

I am looking forward to a successful school year together. :)
