Honors English II

Course Description from the 2025-2026 NHCS Course Catalogue: English II introduces literary global perspectives focusing on literature from the Americas (Caribbean, Central, South, and North), Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East. Honors English II provides opportunities for students to go beyond the English II requirements, exploring more widely and deeply texts that are more complex.  Honors English II requires students to work as self-directed and reflective learners, both independently and in groups as leaders and collaborators.
