WHAT offers integrated primary medical care, mental health, and prevention services at its main facility and four Wilmington area high schools. We also offer co-located mental health services in several other New Hanover County schools.
All centers are credentialed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services’ Division of Public Health and have successfully meet all North Carolina Quality Assurance Standards for school-linked and school-based health centers.
Existing patients can receive medical care without an appointment.
New patients, or existing patients seeking a visit with one of our mental health counselors require appointments.
