In PE, we have fitness days, game play days and skill development days. Some of our favorite units are March Madness Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Flag Football, and Soccer. We get sweaty with Fitness Pacer, The Mile, Tabata Workouts, Inside/Outs, and More!!!
In Health we cover the following main concepts: Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention, Nutrition and Physical Activity, Personal and Consumer Health, and Intrapersonal Communication and Relationships. You will have Health and PE for ONE Semester each year of Middle School!!! We look forward to helping you to become your healthiest, happiest self!!!
Supplies that you will need: 1- Composition Book/Journal/Spiral bound notebook
2- Pens/Pencils
3- Athletic Shoes!!!
