Family Access Account Login Information

We are excited to partner with My Music Office (MMO) to provide families with secure, online access to information about their student’s participation in music at Ashley High School.

Please follow the steps below to log in for the first time:

• Go to https://www.mymusicoffice.com/

• Locate the Family/Booster Login Area

This is found near the top of the home page

• Login using your credentials

  • Username: Provided by your student’s director

  • Password: Your personal password (or the temporary one provided)
    If this is your first login, you’ll be prompted to reset your password

Troubleshooting

• If you’ve already set a personal password and don’t remember it, click “Forgot Your Login Information” below the login area to reset it via email

• Email Mr. Parker if the above steps are unsuccessful

Once logged in, you can:

• Update your contact information

• View your student’s financial account and make payments online

• Print financial statements

• View assigned lockers and combinations

• Check music, uniform, and equipment assignments

• Access the Ashley Bands calendar of events

• Message your director directly through the portal
  
  

Linking Family Accounts

If you have multiple students in the Ashley Bands program, you can link their Family Access Accounts for easier management.

To do this:

• Log in with the Family Access Account you wish to be the primary account.

• Go to the Control Panel and select “Link Family Access Accounts.”

• The same email address must be associated with all accounts you want to link.

• You may need to log in to each account once to verify the correct email is on file.
