Standard Six: Program Accountability
The LEA implements, monitors, and evaluates the local AIG program and plan to ensure that all programs and services are effective in meeting the academic, intellectual, social, and emotional needs of gifted learners.
Parent, Teacher, Student Feedback: Throughout the academic year, parents, students, and teachers are asked to provide feedback on the AIG Program at Anderson. If you have a question or a topic you'd like to discuss, please reach out to Mrs. Morrow.
Site Visits by the Supervisor of AIG: The NHCS AIG Program Supervisor visits our school to review evidences of our school’s progress towards implementing the six AIG state standards several times each year.
Feedback from the State: The county updates our AIG Plan and sends it to DPI every three years. Your input is important to us as we aim to improve the gifted program.
EOG growth data: EOG data review and demographic AIG data collection and review. AIG staff works with Administration and the Supervisor of AIG to analyze our student data.
