Spring of Junior and Fall of Senior year
Meet with Mrs. Teske to discuss your courses, your college interests, and to make sure you are on track with all graduation requirements!
Browse and select colleges to apply to.
Sign up for college visits as admission reps virtually visit PVA.
Sign up for SAT or ACT tests and ask Mrs. Teske or Mrs. Gillespie for fee waivers if you need it.
Complete FAFSA as soon as possible after October 1.
Sign up for Going Merry for easy FAFSA completion with over a 1,000 scholarships!
Create a CSS/Financial Aid profile.
Ask teachers to write recommendation letters or fill out recommendation forms.
Write college application essays and ask for teachers to edit or proofread them!
Create a Parchment account and send your transcripts to schools as you complete applications.

Colleges that no longer require SAT/ACT test for admittance.
Parchment is used to send out student transcripts. After submitting an application to a College or University, students will need to request their transcript to be sent to the College/University.
At the end of the year students will need to request their transcript a final time and select the option "hold for grades."
