The Engagement Kit is designed to provide insight, tools, resources, and strategies for the numerous areas that form a foundation for employee engagement. Each topic included in the engagement kit is meant to correspond with a question on the engagement survey, giving you access to actionable activities and talking points to take engagement at your school to the next level.

Please review the Engagement Resources page on this website for materials, articles, and activities on various Engagement topics that you can review and share with your staff.  In addition, your Business Partner can connect you with the Employee Experiance team for any specific requests that you may have regarding Engagement. 

It is important to regularly revisit your Engagement Action Plan and check in with team members during staff meetings and 03s to assess progress, seek feedback, and celebrate small wins. Please see the "After Survey" section on the Employee Engagement page to learn more about action planning.
