Engagement Plan

The engagement plan is a strategic framework that is designed to help leaders to focus their action-taking efforts to improve engagement based on the feedback that has been collected (e.g., survey, focus groups, conversations with staff, and anything that has been noticed). These plans are broken down by month to assist leaders in ensuring their action items are woven throughout day-to-day tasks and activities. It also allows leaders to identify who is responsible and includes any resources that can assist in completing the task.
