How come some websites don't work on the school computers? This is a good question but hard to answer since I don't have an example of what website isn't working on a school computer. However, I will give a general answer: the NHA chromebook that you are using at home has the same Internet protection as if you were at school so there are websites that are blocked due to content or may not follow student privacy laws. If there is a website that does not work on the Clever Student Portal, please let Mrs. Brown know.
If we have library books how do we return them if schools out? Just keep the library books for now, when we are able to go back to school, you can return the library books. Mr. Nieuwkoop will let your parents and you know when to return the library books.
Are we going to be in the same classroom or moving to a new grade? If we can return to school by June, you will be in the same classroom. When we return to school in the fall, you will move up to the next grade and a new teacher.
How long exactly do the chrome books need to charge? Chromebooks typically take 1 to 2 hours to charge depending on the age of the chromebook.
When do we return the chromebooks? Mr. Nieuwkoop will let your parents know when to return the chromebooks. Hopefully it will be in just a few weeks.
