The abattoir complex includes several key facilities: a lairage for cattle and goats, slaughter area, a dressing hall, chillers, deboning area, blast freezers, and storage rooms. The entire complex 2,750 square meters, with the lairage occupying 400 square meters.

Nguru Hills Ranch Limited procures Cattle, Goat and Sheep from livestock holders. These animals are then improved to slaughter condition over 90-days period in our feedlot.

The feedlot is designed to accommodate up to 10,000 head planned in phases to align with market demand

Goat/Sheep
The grazing area supports 2,500 head of goats/sheep supplemented for 7,200 heads. Underweight goats and sheep are fed to meet requirements.
