______ *Presentation video link (15 minutes minimum, 20 minutes maximum)
______ Presentation Note Cards (picture of the index cards with only your keyword outline, not sentences or paragraphs)
______ *Thank You Card with the Addressed/Stamped Envelope (screenshot of the thank you email or picture of the thank you card)
______ Reflection Form (completed in a Google Form online)
______ Recording Permission Form (screenshot)
