I attended the University of Northern Iowa received my Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education with a minor in reading and language arts.

This will be my 18th year of teaching at Valley/NFV. I have loved every teaching experience these past years from Title One, 6th grade Literacy, 6th grade Social Studies, to the Districts ELL teacher. Kindergarten has always held a special place in my heart and I am so happy to be in the kindergarten classroom!

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, Geoff, and our three children Chase, Zoë and Zaya. I love to garden, kayak the Turkey River, be on the Mississippi River with family, read and shop!
