1948-49

In the yearbook from the 1948-1949 school year, there is no page or text dedicated to cheerleading. In the back of the yearbook there is two photos that show groups of girls that would suggest they are cheerleaders. The following girls have "Cheerleader" listed in their biographic summaries:

• Rita Bandy (Senior- only has 12th grade year listed in biographic summary)
• June Boyd (Senior- only has 12th grade year listed in biographic summary)
• Arlene Richards (Junior- listed in the biographic summary from her senior year in the 1950 yearbook)
• Bonnie Lee Hagarman (Junior-listed in the biographic summary from her senior year in the 1950 yearbook)
• Virginia McCabe (states in the 1951 yearbook that it was her third year in cheerleading which would suggest she was on the team this school year)
