The Sophia Crew '22 is a group of twenty young students working to improve their leadership skills. These future 2023 high school graduates participate in a program called Youth Leadership Fond du Lac. These leaders come from eight different schools around Fond du Lac County. These students include, Campbellsport, Fond du Lac, Laconia, Lomira, North Fond du Lac, Ripon, Saint Mary's Springs Academy, and Winnebago Lutheran Academy. The goal of the program as they meet monthly, is to get a better view of leadership in their community and how they can serve their community.
