Jazz Ensemble

The Bessie Allen Middle School Jazz Ensemble is an exciting ensemble open to all interested 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Band students at Bessie Allen. The group focuses on playing within different styles (swing, rock, latin, etc.) and improvisation both individually and as a group. A co-curricular ensemble which meets twice per week before school, the Bessie Allen Jazz Ensemble is open to all band students, regardless of grade level, ability level, or instrument.
