INCubatoredu - A business program at Horace Mann High School at North Fond du Lac School District, will allow students the opportunity to develop their own real-world services and products that could potentially garner thousands of dollars in funding.
INCubatoredu — a national program that provides a specialized curriculum to hundreds of member schools in over a dozen states — will provide online instruction materials, consultation on how the classroom is designed, a coaching and mentoring framework, and professional development resources for the year-long course.
In addition to the INCubatoredu program, the business, marketing, and IT department at North Fond du Lac will continue to provide management opportunities, more traditional business courses additional hands-on experiences. Horace Mann business teacher Kurt Wismer is the lead learner for the incubator courses.
2023-24 MVPPitch Event
Our INCubatoredu MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Pitch event for NFDL School District (held on Jan. 17, 2024) was a great success! Each team was successful in earning their $100 funding to continue their work to gain market traction.

Project Pitch It
Commah, LLC, the business co-founded by students, Ayden Fowler and Lillian Goeckerman, was featured on Project Pitch It, a Wisconsin spin-off of CBS's "Shark Tank" (aired on May 13, 2023), and was awarded $1500 in funding.
