Terms and conditions

Refund policy 

No refunds will be given upon sign-up. 

Bad weather 

In case of inclement weather, swimming lessons will be held indoors and coaches will conduct dry land exercises. No make-up sessions will be scheduled.

Make-up class

Please note that no make-up lessons will be required for each bad weather, as all lessons take place indoors. Additionally, one complimentary make-up lesson will be provided for each season, scheduled for the following week after our last week of lessons. 

You do not need to schedule this lesson, as it will take place during your child's regular time slot.

Please keep in mind that all lessons cannot be brought forward to the next season. 

If your child is unwell and unable to attend a class, you must submit medical certificates to swimacademy@nexus.edu.sg to schedule a make-up lesson.

Please note that this is subject to class availability, and all make-up lessons cannot be credited or brought forward to the next season.
