How do I sign my child up?

      2. Step 2. You will receive an email indicating
         A. the time slot offered to you and the payment process.
         OR
         B. No slot available and we will place your child on our waiting list.
         PLEASE NOTE ALL SLOT WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED UPON RECEIVING PAYMENT
         
         

      3. Step 3. You will receive a FINAL CONFIRMATION email. 

Sign up on a first come first serve basis. 

Can I sign up my child in the middle of the season? 

• Yes. However, it depends on your class availability

• If no slots can be offered due to full sign-up, you will be placed on our waiting list. 

• Payment will not be prorated for mid-term sign-up. A full season rate will be charged with no additional make-up sessions offered.

Can I change my child's time slot? 

Yes, but the new time will depend on our class availability.

What does my child wear? 

Proper swim attire, goggles, and swim cap (Optional).

For learners with long hair, we strongly suggest tying up or using a swim cap. This is to avoid any potential danger.

What should I bring? 

A drink bottle, towel, sunscreen (Optional). 

Where are the lessons going to be?

Nexus Swimming pool 

Do I need to pick up/drop off my child?

Parents or caregivers must pick up and drop off learners in Nursery and Kindergarten classes.

Swim Academy staff will collect year 1 and 2 learners from Level 1 year 1/2 learning area, learners from year 3 and 4 will be collected from Level 2, Sport hall 1.

All learners from year 5 and above are required to proceed to the pool on their own.

Where can I change my child? 

Any learners who require changing assistance may use the bathroom located outside the shallow pool (level 1 aquatics entrance next to the grand staircase).

Can I watch my child swim?

We understand that parents would love to be present for their children's swim lessons. However, due to limited space and safety concerns, we do not allow parents to wait at the shallow end of the pool. Instead, you may wait at our grandstand, which is the designated spectator's area. On Certificates Day, parents will be invited to join us at the poolside to celebrate their children's achievements.
