CCA Season 3 starts on Monday

CCAs will start on Monday 9 March. This is a 9-week season and will run until 15 May. If your child will be taking the door-to-door bus service at 4.35pm or the complimentary Ulu Pandan bus at that time, please ensure that you have confirmed this with BT&Tan. Learner Services: Requests and Reminders

Arrival on campus:

Please may we remind families that the campus is not open before 8am.

Late arrival:

Please may we remind families that ALL learners who arrive late must sign in with Learner Services (opposite the Eco Cafe) before they make their way to class. Please be mindful that to reach classes on time for registration (8.25am) learners ideally need to be on site NO LATER than 8.20am.

Wear identification at all times when on campus:

As a parent please ensure that you are wearing your identification at all times and ask any guardians/helpers to do the same.

Covid-19 update

As per recent emails we are continuing to follow government guidelines as Singapore continues to seek to control the spread of this virus. We appreciate your understanding, as we request regular updates on your travel plans.

Please complete the latest Travel Declarations for every child as published via email on Wednesday, 4 March, if you have not yet completed this please do so urgently. This information will be reported to CPE and we are required to follow up where necessary. Please carefully read the MOH (Ministry of Health) links below as travel in the upcoming holiday may impact future attendance at school and therefore preparations or attendance at examinations.

The LOA (Leave of Absence) no longer applies and has been replaced with a SHN (Stay Home Notice). The SHN period will commence from the day of return to Singapore. Learners under SHN or sharing a household with someone under SHN, may only leave their home and return to school after the 14-day period if they remain well.

Contagious Conditions

May we also take this opportunity to remind families to make sure they provide the school with appropriate medical certificates and medical clearance letters in the case of a child's absence. In order to help us limit the transfer of contagious conditions, if your child has any of the following symptoms for the conditions listed below, we request that he or she sees a doctor for an official diagnosis. Thereafter, please forward us your child's medical certificate. For some condituions, a medical clearance letter from the doctor's office is required to certify that your child is no longer contagious, before returning to school. We appreciate your support, in ensuring the wellbeing of all our whole community.

List of contagious conditions requiring Medical Certificate only: Conjunctivitis and Rotavirus

List of contagious conditions requiring both a Medical Certificate and Medical Clearance Letter: Chicken pox, HFMD (Hand Foot and Mouth disease), Impetigo, Influenza / H1N1, Measles, Mumps, Mycoplasma, Norovirus, Pertussis, Rubella (German measles), Scabies, Scarlet Fever, Tuberculosis and Typhoid.
