Uniform

Now the uniform supply issues have been sorted, all learners are expected to be fully kitted out in the new uniform. The 2018-19 uniform is till an acceptable alternative but there is now no excuse to be wearing non-Nexus items, which we tolerated in Term 1. Please continue to order new pieces of uniform as your children grow out of the old items.

Cross Country Cancellation

As you know the Year 7 - 9 Cross Country event was cancelled due to haze. Due to other scheduled events and a fast approaching deadline for ACSIS Cross Country entries, we are unfortunately unable to re-run this event. As a result the Middle School team to represent Nexus at the upcoming ACSIS Cross Country championships will be selected based on Cardiovascular Endurance fitness testing that all cohorts have recently participated in as well as teacher observations during the Cross Country training. While this is not ideal, this is the fairest way we see to give these learners some time to prepare for the championships. That information will go out to the selected learners early next week.
