As per recent emails we are continuing to follow government guidelines as Singapore continues to seek to control the spread of this virus.
Please complete the latest Travel Declarations for every child as published via email on Thursday 20th February, if you have not yet completed this please do so urgently. This information will be reported to CPE and we are required to follow up where necessary. Please carefully read the MOH (Ministry of Health) links below as travel to China in the upcoming holiday will impact future attendance at school and therefore preparations or attendance at examinations.
The LOA (Leave of Absence) no longer applies and has been replaced with a SHN (Stay Home Notice). The SHN period will commence from the day of return to Singapore. Learners under SHN or sharing a household with someone under SHN, may only leave their home and return to school after the 14-day period if they remain well. Please see the MOH SHN Advisory and the MOH Health Advisory for SHN for more information.
The Activities Portal will open today to allow you to make activity choices for Season Three CCAs.
Phase One
Activities Portal will open at 12 noon today.
The Portal will close at 10am on Tuesday 25 February and activities will be allocated.
Phase Two
The Portal will then reopen at 4pm on Tuesday 25 February, where additional choices can be made.
Phase Two will close at 10am on Thursday 27 February.
CCAs begin on Monday 9 March (8 week season). The start of this season has been pushed back by one week to allow us time to prepare for any COVID-19 related updates that may arise.
Please note that in light of COVID-19 regulations, we will not be running any off-site CCAs this Season.
You must login to the Activities Portal to view what CCAs you have been allocated. You will NOT receive an email indicating this.
· Please note there is no advantage to selecting early in the process. The system randomly allocates places based on preference after the portal closes.
· Parents must make selections for learners in Year 4 and below. From Year 5 upwards, learners can make their own selections, with guidance from parents where appropriate.
· Please ensure you consider what commitments you have made to Music Ensembles, ACSIS Sport, Swimming, and Mother Tongue programmes when selecting your CCAs.
· Please follow the links to the CCA Booklet and Activities Portal or visit the school website under The Parent Zone>CCA,>CCA Season 3 booklet . You are strongly encouraged to read through the CCA Booklet for more information on each activity, including costs and payment methods.
· A reminder that you can take the 4.35pm door-to-door activities bus for an additional charge. There is also a complimentary bus service to Ulu Pandan. To ensure a place on either of these services for the first week of CCAs, you must email BT&Tan or call 6483 7260 / 6483 4527 no later than 9am on Monday 3 March.
