The Secondary Learning Resource Hub is very excited to host Book Week 2020. We decided to use the space as well as various novels for the theme of Forests and Owls. Two books, read during library lessons, helped provide inspiration: "Hoot" and "Skellig" which both have owls as a theme of the novel. There will be daily lunchtime activities in the LRH which include a visit and presentation by Gaby Tye, a local author who has written the very popular series RunHideSeek; crafting activities, creating QR code book reviews, book trivia and of course, everyone's favorite -dress up as your favourite book character. Many of the activities are being led and organised by the secondary Book Club.

This year we have art displays from our Nursery, Kindergarten and Year 8s. Year 9s will exhibit their much anticipated Green Technology projects and a few exciting activities from our WWF Eco-committee, the Green Guardians. There is talk of an energy free hour, we hope you are up for the challenge!
