The week before the holiday Nexus hosted their first ever Instrumental Petting Zoo! Similar to a usual 'petting zoo' with animals; Primary learners got the opportunity to see, touch and play a range of musical instruments throughout the week.

Each lunchtime,​ Aureus Music Academy teachers showcased different instruments for the learners in Years 2 to 6 to try. These included trumpets, clarinets, flutes, violas and saxophones!

Following on from the Instrumental Petting Zoo,​ learners have been offered a free 30 minute lesson.
