Aureus Primary Music Recital
Aureus will be hosting their final primary music recital of the year on Thursday, 16 May. The recitals will take place between 8am to 11am in the Nexus Auditorium and are always a highlight of the school calendar. This is such a wonderful event that allows all our musicians to experience performing to an audience. For many of them it is the first time they will have taken to the stage. Do come along and support them at the recitals.
Aureus will be in contact directly to inform you if your child will be participating and what time exactly is their performance.
Primary 'POP' Music Ensembles Concert
We are excited to be introducing to the busy music calendar of events, our very first Primary Music Ensemble Concert. This concert takes place on Thursday, 23 May at 5pm in the Auditorium. All of our Primary Music Ensembles have been rehearsing since January to prepare for this concert and they are very excited to be showcasing their talents!
The ensembles involved are:
Primary Choir, Singing Stars, Primary Orchestra, Beginner Ukulele, Ukettes, Sing and Strum, Primary Percussion Ensemble
Our theme for the concert is POP! as our learners will take you through an array of current and past popular classics! We are confident you will be singing along and wanting to dance in the aisles!
