We look forward to welcoming your child in every morning from 08:00 and as you are aware we ask that an adult collects all learners from Y4 and below at the end of the school day.
Any primary learner onsite after 15:25 MUST be actively supervised by an adult.
Learners in Year 5 and Year 6 leaving the school by themselves need to leave once they are dismissed.
Learners are not supervised by staff after school unless part of an ECA or CCA.
We appreciate your support in this matter.
A gentle reminder to label all children's belongings... hats, water bottles, lunch boxes, bags, uniform and PHE/swim kits.
With well over a thousand learners there are lots of children that have the same or similar items and it is easy for them to lose things. If everything is labelled, it makes it much easier for items to be returned to their owners.
Please may we also ask families to regularly check at home to see if anything has been taken home in error. If so, please send the items back to school and we will get to return them to the rightful owners.
Thank you
We recognise the power of fostering ongoing close relationships with families and organisations so that our learners can enjoy more adaptive and inspired learning opportunities. We organise the fantastic offers of support we receive through our Professional Skills Directory and, linked to this, an Enterprise & Innovation Advisory Board. These serve to leverage the expertise of parent/carers' and friends of the school so that we can continue to enhance learners' career readiness and support them in engaging with experiences rooted in objective-led mindsets that embrace innovation to create meaningful value.
You are more than welcome to share this form with friends and colleagues who do not have children at the school but are likely to be interested in supporting our learners.
