Learning conferences will be held in school on Thursday 5th October 4pm-8pm and Friday 6th October 8am - 4pm.
Please note that school will be closed with no lessons on Friday 6th to allow teachers to meet with families.
Secondary learners should accompany their parents/guardians to all meetings and families should leave a gap between each appointment to allow movement between the learning spaces.
You will be invited to make appointments nearer the time though our booking portal. To make a booking, you must have already activated your account by signing into our Engage system. In order to avoid having problems in booking appointments, please use this guide to make sure you can access Engage.
Engage is not only used for booking learning conference appointments but also for accessing other important information, such as school reports and your child's timetable. If you face any problems when following the guide, do not hesitate to contact Learner Services who will be able to assist you further.
We understand that occasionally a change of pickup arrangements for your child/children will need to be made. We respectfully request that you advise us by 12:00 midday at the latest, of any changes as per the parent handbook...
If you wish to make a change to the pick up arrangements for your child you must inform homeroom teachers and Learner Services (learnerservices@nexus.edu.sg) and if applicable, the bus company. We respectfully request that you inform us of any last minute changes by noon so that the information can be passed on to the relevant teachers.
After this time it can become extremely difficult to ensure all relevant parties are aware. Thank you for your understanding.
For Parents and Caregivers who have taken their photos during the orientation and for those who have submitted their photos through the online form may now collect their passes at the reception.
As of Monday 11 September, Learners can be issued a credit note for meals as we want to ensure that no Learners go hungry. However, this will not extend to snacks and drinks.
Begins on Monday 11th September.
You are welcome to watch activities happening on the field from the Level 2 walkway or EcoCafe area, rather than side of the field on Level 1. We need to keep this L1 area as clear as possible. Thank you
Pickup is from Level 2 by the EcoCafe once their activity has finished, and they have been brought to you by the adult in charge of the activity. We respectfully ask that no child is collected from L1 by the field, for safeguarding reasons.
